Scope of Capabilities
Standard Calibration Service – Sears Calibration Lab offers standard calibration service that complies with all aspects of ANSI Z-540, ISO 9001, and ISO 10012 including out-of-tolerance and final data. The standards, procedures and tolerances used allow for a consumer risk the same as or better than a four-to-one ratio, unless otherwise specified.
Calibration with Full Before and After Data – Sears Calibration Lab offers full before-and-after data with the standard calibration service. All data readings are recorded by a qualified technician regardless of whether the unit is in or out of tolerance. In addition, after any repair and / or adjustment, final data readings are recorded.
Accredited Calibration Service – Sears Calibration Lab offers accredited calibration services that provide calibrations in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025. Services provide a certificate of calibration with the accreditation logo.
- ISO/IEC 17025 with Uncertainties – This accredited calibration service includes data entries that have an associated uncertainty of measurement provided where possible within our L-A-B approved scope of accreditation.
We offer state-of-the-art, ISO-17025 accredited and NIST traceable calibration and metrology-related services. Our in-house calibration department, which for years has guaranteed the accuracy of our own equipment, is now available to calibrate your equipment.
Our services can help reduce your risk of production downtime or noncompliance by providing a full range of calibration and maintenance services. Our metrology experts will work with you to ensure your calibration processes and procedures meet your needs. Plus, we'll assure that your devices are compliant with applicable regulations.
